Welcome to orca-pro.net (hereinafter referred to as « the Site »). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our premium Orca Pro IPTV subscription services. By accessing the Site or purchasing any package, you accept and agree to be bound by the entirety of these terms without reservation.

1. Scope of Service

orca-pro.net provides digital access codes and credentials (including API Xtream Codes and M3U playlists) that connect users to the premium Orca Pro IPTV streaming infrastructure. We do not host, broadcast, or stream any media content directly from our web servers. Our service is strictly limited to delivering active, high-performance credentials functional on compatible third-party applications (such as IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, or dedicated players).

2. Subscription Usage & Single-Device Rule

  • Personal Use Only: Every subscription package sold on our platform is strictly reserved for private, non-commercial, and household use.

  • One Screen Restriction: Unless you have explicitly purchased a specific Multi-Device / Family Package, your activation codes are valid for one (1) single device stream at a time.

  • Account Sharing Ban: Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your Orca Pro login credentials to external parties or outside your immediate household is strictly prohibited.

⚠️ Network Enforcement: Our global server monitoring system automatically detects simultaneous connections originating from different IP addresses under the same account. Any breach of this rule will result in an immediate temporary or permanent suspension of your service without notice and without any right to a refund.

3. Technical Requirements & Server Maintenance

  • Internet Speed: To ensure fluid streaming in Full HD and 4K at 60 FPS, the user must have a stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 4 Mbps for standard HD, 15+ Mbps recommended for UHD 4K). orca-pro.net cannot be held responsible for local buffering caused by poor local Wi-Fi routing or internet provider limitations.

  • Infrastructure Upgrades: To maintain our position as the N°1 server network in Europe, routine maintenance and channel grid updates are carried out periodically by our engineers. These short, temporary updates are essential for network health and do not entitle the user to financial compensation.

4. Pricing, Billing & No Auto-Renewal

  • Fixed Pricing: All prices displayed on orca-pro.net are final and billed as a one-time payment based on your chosen currency at checkout.

  • Zero Commitments: We do not believe in hidden fees or unexpected charges. There are no automatic monthly renewals or recurring debit systems. Once your package duration expires, your service will simply stop unless you choose to manually renew it.

5. Account Recovery and Support

If you encounter a connection issue, lose your login credentials, or experience an error line, you can request an instant credentials reset by opening an official assistance request. Our dedicated multilingual support team guarantees a response time of under 10 minutes to get your system fully optimized.

6. Modifications to the Terms

orca-pro.net reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time to comply with international server distribution regulations or website software upgrades. The conditions applicable to your service are those in effect on the day of your purchase or manual renewal.
